Leave a Review

After a completed lesson, you can leave a review for your tutor. Reviews are visible on the tutor's public profile and help other students make informed decisions.

When can you leave a review

A review can be submitted after a lesson is marked as completed. The following conditions apply:

• The booking must have a Completed status.
• Only One-on-One and Group lessons are reviewable. Trial lessons are not eligible.
• Each booking can receive one review.

How to leave a review

1. Go to Dashboard in the main navigation.
2. Find your pending reviews in the Pending Reviews section.
3. Click Leave a review on the relevant lesson.
4. Select a star rating from 1 to 5.
5. Optionally add a written comment to explain your experience.
6. Click Submit review.

Your review is published immediately and appears as visible on the tutor's profile.

What to include in a review

A useful review gives future students an honest snapshot of the lesson:

• How well the tutor explained the material
• Whether the lesson matched your learning goals
• The pace, structure, and overall experience

After submitting

Once submitted, your review cannot be edited. If you believe your review was incorrectly disputed or hidden, contact support from the in-app user menu.
