Troubleshooting

If something is not working as expected, use this checklist.

Login and access issues

  • Confirm you are using the correct account email.
  • Retry sign-in from a fresh browser tab.
  • If needed, use password reset and try again.

Scheduling issues

  • Refresh the Lessons page and recheck time slots.
  • Confirm you are editing the correct lesson entry.
  • If a slot is no longer available, choose an alternative time.

Messaging issues

  • Refresh Messages and reopen the conversation.
  • Send a short follow-up message to verify delivery.
  • Check your network connection if updates appear delayed.

Lesson join issues

  • Reopen the lesson from My Lessons or Tutor Lessons.
  • Confirm your browser has microphone and camera permissions.
  • Retry from an updated browser if media does not load.
